1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on AnitoonWallpapers are digital downloads delivered instantly upon successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges are provided once the file has been delivered

  • No cancellations after download access is granted

2. Why No Refunds?

Digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded. To protect our intellectual property and prevent abuse, we do not offer refunds on any digital wallpaper purchases.

3. Preview Before Purchase

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review product previews and descriptions carefully

  • Check resolution and dimensions

  • Ensure compatibility with your device

  • Use the provided watermarked previews for evaluation

4. Technical Issues (Broken or Missing Files)

If you experience any technical problem with your download, including but not limited to:

  • Broken or expired download links

  • Missing files

  • Corrupted or unreadable files

  • Incorrect file delivered

We will:

This does not constitute a refund, but rather a resolution of a technical delivery error.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment processing error

  • The product file is completely inaccessible or corrupted and cannot be fixed

  • We are unable to deliver the product due to a verified system failure

All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Suspension of access to previously purchased files

  • Legal action if fraud or abuse is suspected
